Milk Consumption for Adults: Is it Really Useful?

Tuesday, September 7, 2021

The subject of nutrition is full of city legends. The most known of these legends is that milk consumption is beneficial. Is it really beneficial for adults to consume milk?

Since I have received so many questions on the subject, I want to answer them in an impartial manner. Because manipulation is still going on and I really don’t want you to make a mistake about it.

Milk in adults: Benefit and loss profile

Some foods have special tasks. I call these foods “chosen.. One of the chosen ones is milk. Because a highly sensitive creature who has opened new eyes to life needs special support to protect and grow rapidly from the outside world.

Anne is also worthy of this task. Because the milk given by the mother after birth is much more nutritious and protective, although it loses its properties over time. Because as the living grows, it has gained the opportunity to taste other nutrients and became stronger.

Here’s the end of the chosen food. The pup does not need milk after it develops. As it is programmed, even the lactase enzyme that digests the milk begins to decrease.

That is why most of humanity becomes unable to digest lactose. If these individuals insist on violating the duty of the selected food, namely milk, and consuming it, it develops symptoms such as diarrhea and bloating.

I know you know the news that you hear in the main news bulletins that milk is useful. To this day, you’ve heard that milk protects bones, drinking milk lasts longer and has many other benefits.

Don’t worry, I have an answer to all of them. You will be very surprised!

Does not protect milk bones

Health does not accept flat logic. But for some reason, plain logic still continues to be used. One example of this straightforward logic is that many people who know that bones are rich in calcium make a connection between bone health and milk consumption. Because milk is very rich in calcium.

But the problem is, it’s not often calcium deficiency that causes bone resorption. Because it is the hormones and vitamins that put calcium into the bones. The best example of this is bone resorption in women after menopause.

In other words, bone that does not melt for years starts to deteriorate after menopause. Is that a coincidence? Did the bones stop melting? No way. Because the hormonal change in women after menopause – reduced estrogen – causes the bones to lose their density and thus break easily.

Research says that, as milk consumption increases, the risk of fracture does not change and the risk of total death increases. Here is the detail you should know:

Yok We don’t need much calcium, and we can get the calcium you need from many vegetables instead of milk, so it’s pointless to worry about it. ”So the more calcium I get, the more bones I’ll have is bones wrong.

There is a close relationship between milk and cancer

Cancer is a nightmare for many people and I know that you are doing everything you can to prevent it. Why do people still have cancer? Or is the enemy hiding in a place you’ve never looked at?

I think yes!

Unfortunately for milk, I will not say anything good again.

Cancer is a very complicated disease. Since many mechanisms play a role in cancer formation, many nutrients can also cause cancer. But milk has a special place here.

D-galactose creates inflammation. Inflammation can cause cell damage and cancer.

The growth factor igf-1 in the milk can stimulate cancer cells.

Moreover, igf-1 is no longer the only problem. Because genetically engineered or hormone-derived animals produce more growth factors for excess milk production and these factors are mixed into milk. So you know the answer to the question neden Why didn’t milk drinkers used to be cancer?!!

Research supports my thinking. Because many people who consume excess milk are more common in many diseases such as prostate, ovarian and breast cancer.

Milk is allergic and its ingredients accompany many other problems

Don’t think we’re gonna stop talking about important topics. Because there are many possible problems with milk.

Acne: Milk has been associated with acne due to several active ingredients. Especially in the case of persistent acne, despite age, milk must be considered and part of the treatment should be to stop dairy products.

Autoimmune diseases: Proteins in milk can mimic your own tissues. The defense response that your immune system will develop as a result of this imitation can lead to the formation of autoimmune diseases in your body; that is, it can cause your body to attack itself. Milk-induced immune system diseases are at the beginning of type 1 diabetes.

Allergy and bowel problems: Milk is one of the most reported allergic reactions in the world. However, one of the most recent nutrients in allergic reactions, especially in children, is milk and dairy products. Research suggests that milk consumption is closely related to constipation and ear infections (yes you didn’t hear it wrong!).

Food loss: I mentioned lactose intolerance. It was the reaction caused by the inability to digest lactose. Consequently, intensive diarrhea and flatulence occur frequently. But unfortunately the only problem is not intestinal complaints.

Because intestinal complaints – especially diarrhea – cause incomplete absorption of other nutrients that come with milk. Which means extra food loss. So if you think you’re making a nutritious meal with milk, you should re-evaluate.

Increases blood sugar quickly: those without lactose intolerance immediately began to rejoice. But wait, I’m sorry to leave your enthusiasm on your crop.

If you can digest the milk, you are taking a sugar into your body rather quickly. This means that your blood sugar increases rapidly after milk consumption.

On the other hand, insulin released with increased blood sugar poses a risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease with long-term excessive milk consumption.

After seeing the positive change in our two patients with type 2 diabetes who could barely control blood sugar with a few diabetes medications, I realized this situation much better.

Milk alternatives: Are animals our only option?

I know habits are not being left easy. Therefore, even if the article convinces you, it may be frightening to limit the consumption of milk at once.

Don’t worry right now, you don’t have to do that. Almost the same nutritious coconut and almond milk is at your disposal! Both of these products are not as big a handicap as they thought to be expensive. Because the price can help you control your consumption 🙂

Yogurt or kefir can be made in these products. It tastes different, but you should try it.

Soy milk is acceptable if it is made with seeds that are not genetically modified. Unfortunately, soy milk can be harmful to hormone-sensitive women (with a history of breast cancer) and male individuals. This is due to substances that mimic estrogen in soy milk (estrogen mimickers).

What do we do with milk and dairy products?

Milk is a very large sector. Every day, thousands of animals are imprisoned in the stables and exploited. Then all of the milk collected in a single place and the end of the genetically mixed milk pasteurized milk is put.

That’s why it’s something that looks like milk but has nothing to do with milk! So are you still determined to drink that suspicious white liquid that an innocent cow produces for her calf, which has been modified and processed afterwards?

Think again.

And I know, there’s a lot of research claiming the exact opposite of what I’m saying. Don’t let these studies comfort you. Because science is manipulative. Especially if it is a sector that has reached the level of billion dollars.

Bribery of academicians, distorted animal studies and the result. I’m sorry, but you have to make a decision.

The so-called “research yoksa or actual science that the current media wants you to believe?
