Coconut Oil: Half a glass, 125 grams
Sea Salt: 1 teaspoon, 4 grams
Baking Powder: 1/4 teaspoon, 3 grams
Eggs: 6 pieces, 300 grams
Coconut Flour: Half a glass, 125 grams
Ketogenic Bread Recipe ; Preheat your oven to 175 degrees. The dry ingredients are mixed in a bowl, then the wet ingredients are added and all are mixed well.
The mixed bread mortar is poured into the bread mold. It is important to note that 2/3 of your container is full and the base is lubricated. (Use the 125 ml of coconut oil we added in the material list for the mortar, 1 tablespoon of coconut oil is enough to lubricate the tray.)
Place the bread mortar in the oven and cook for 40-50 minutes, during which you can find out if it is cooked with toothpicks.
