Chicken Breast (Without Skin) 1 serving, 300 grams

Olive oil 1 tablespoon, 15 grams

Bacon 2 servings, 150 grams

Lettuce 5 leaves, 50 grams

Parmesan cheese 1 serving, 50 grams

Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons, 50 grams

Mustard 1 tablespoon, 17 grams

Lemon Half, 10 grams

Salt (Iodized) 1 blade tip, 3 grams

Black pepper 1 blade tip, 3 grams

Preparation of Ketogenic Caesar Salad

For chicken, heat your ceiling and add olive oil, if you want to bake in the oven, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. If you have grilled in your home the chickens will be more delicious than you can make by rubbing light butter on the grill there.
